Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Before sending back an item, please create an RMA and instructions for return will be provided. Failure to obtain an RMA prior to sending an item back will result in denial of refund.
your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal, within five business days. PayPal may take longer to credit back to your account.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product that is returned due to error in shipping, or any mix-up on our part are generally not subject to restocking fees.
Due to the nature of our products it can be difficult to find replacement items so exchanges are not available at this time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the original order qualified for free shipping and the cost of the portion returned dropped the total purchase to below the free shipping threshold, the cost of original shipping will also be deducted from your refund amount.
A clearance item is defined as an item sold for 50% or less than MSRP. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
